Softcat Internal Recruiter interview questions

I was offered an interview via MS Teams. Joined the call at the agreed time however no one from Softcat joined. I waited for 12 mins and then emailed the Recruitment Team to advise that I would be leaving the call as no one had turned up to interview me. I didn’t hear anything back from Softcat until 2 and a half weeks later, when I received a generic automated email thanking me for interviewing with them and informing that after careful consideration they had decided not to proceed with my application at this time, however they certainly enjoyed meeting with me. I emailed again advising that no one had met with me but never heard back.
