Vertiv Manager interview questions

Had an initial interview with the recruiting manager which was pleasant but not challenging. Then had a second stage panel interview with three people, which again was pleasant. Question were competency based to assess fit for the role. I wasn't offered the job, but no one called to inform me of outcome. For such a large organisation I thought this was very poor form.
