toxic working environment, they have cut back on a lot of social activities for the staff - pushing a high performance working culture leaving little room for fun. There is a lack of team spirit and a strong focus on hierarchy where creativity and thought from junior staff is not encouraged. Redundancies are frequent and poorly handled.
