Pros

They try their best to treat folk well. If you end up in a good department, it can be a right decent job. There's loads of brilliant people I genuinely love working with.

Cons

The deadlines are mental and generally just pulled out of some random's a**e. Because of that, loads of folk end up totally stressed and working all hours.

Avoid -Toxic Outdated Environment

Pros

None that I can think off apart from good team members.

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience at Computershare was extremely negative due to poor management and a toxic work environment. Rather than being supported or coached, I felt deliberately managed out of my role. My manager provided little meaningful guidance, set unclear or shifting expectations, and failed to offer constructive feedback. Instead of helping me succeed, the approach felt punitive and demoralizing. The company appears to rely heavily on probation extensions, far more than what I’ve seen at other organizations. In my case, this process felt less about development and more about creating a paper trail to justify pushing employees out.

Pros

Great culture, no blame culture when things go wrong and always someone willing to help when needed. Senior management all very approachable which is refreshing.

Cons

Salary and bonus below competitors.
