Pros

- Lots of dogs around and im not talking about the animal - Biscuits

Cons

- Lots of staff going on sick leave for burnout but then this is used against staff to demean and punish - HR turn against you if you report misdemeanours of bullying / manipulative programme directors - shouted at/ micromanaged in the office relentlessly (like do you need to wait outside my toilet cubicle to double check my email included a full stop on the end - this isn't an investment bank but sorry you couldn't get into one just don't take your fantasies out on me ) - Sleepless nights in fear of going to work the next day - Body broke down with flu constantly from stress - Turned into a zombie outside of work, withdrew and couldn't speak to family / friends

Pros

Honestly absolutely none I could list

Cons

Cons: • A culture of bullying and intimidation from management. • “Training” consists of meaningless PowerPoints with no real guidance. You are set up to fail from day one. • No support whatsoever. If you go sick even once, expect to be disciplined or pushed out. • Management are sarcastic, slimy micromanagers who ridicule staff instead of supporting them. One manager even mocked my mental health openly, showing zero compassion. • Career progression is a sham. Unless your face fits, you will never move forward. • The company hides behind its “Being Purple” values, but in reality they are grey, murky, and soulless.

The Most Toxic Workplace You Could Ever Imagine

Pros

None. This company is a black hole for talent, morale, and mental health.

Cons

• The culture is built on bullying, intimidation, and fear. Management thrive on micromanagement, humiliation, and tearing people down instead of leading. • Training is deliberately inadequate — meaningless PowerPoints with zero practical guidance, leaving you set up to fail from day one. • Mental health is openly mocked. I personally experienced a manager ridiculing my struggles with complete lack of empathy. That level of cruelty is beyond unprofessional — it’s disgraceful. • Go off sick once and you’ll be disciplined or pushed out. There is no compassion, only punishment. • Career progression is nothing but a sham. Unless you play along with their toxic clique and have the “right face,” you will be frozen out. • The company hides behind its “Being Purple” values, but it’s all corporate theatre. In reality, it is grey, soulless, and rotten to the core. • Staff turnover is sky high for a reason. People don’t build careers here — they escape as quickly as they can. Final Verdict: Avoid Computershare at all costs. This company will destroy your mental health, crush your confidence, and waste your time. Behind its polished corporate façade lies nothing but toxicity, bullying, and systemic dysfunction. If you value your wellbeing, run in the opposite direction.
