Pros

Overtime - sometimes, rate is £11/per hour on non-peak times, essentially standard pay and on peak time it's a time and a half.

Cons

1. No benefits really 2. Managers are rude and arrogant and there's nothing you can do about it, if you complain they'll open the investigation but you won't be updated on the outcome which pointless anyways. 3. Agency staff can be sacked even if their KPI and efficiencies are top notch 4. Pudo marshal (not all) can be very aggressive, rude and just ignorant - they will try and make sarcastic jokes which aren't funny and try irritate you and get reaction so they could complain to floor manager who automatically will believe them without hearing your side of the story and even if they do consider your side it won't be worth it. 5. Toilet breaks are timed 6. Not all managers register down time (which is necessary or else you fall below threshold) 7. You can have missing wages (basically if you are meant to be paid £370 per week you can come out with £340 a difference of £30) which is a lot of money, if happens a lot, and let me tell you this is quite common here
