Pros

Some very nice old school full service perks - breakfast and lunch and dry cleaning, etc.

Cons

The turnover rate is extremely high, even for the hospitality industry. The main reason seems to be that the working environment is not pleasant or supportive. Management seems very brittle and not happy. It is never a happy or pleasant place to be. The physical location of the office was in a basement, no light, cold and damp.

Friendly teams Small company so you feel like you have a voice and can make a difference Clean and welcoming spaces Development programs with valuable industry knowledge Staff meals

Cons

Some departments have high turnover Weekend/evening shift neglected Lack of cohesion between departments
