I am grateful that you have identified some of the great benefits available being part of The Doyle Collection. From a training perspective, this is close to my heart, as it is something my team and I work tirelessly on. Every team member can expect to receive a full on boarding, which includes skills and service training. In addition to this, we have a full suite of Company training designed to provide new team members with technical, cultural and service related knowledge and skills. Learning and Development is a permanent fixture of The Doyle Collection's offering throughout different parts of our team's careers, and it saddens me that this wasn't your experience at this time.
