      Pros

      -Never late with payments. -Better pay than average care homes, -Opportunity for advancement in company. - Some management and HR are understanding and cooperative.

      Cons

      -Big lack of communication with managment - No more than two weeks holiday at one time. -Overworked employees -Unorganised administration, they like to say that the employee is at the top of the pyramid, and that we are valuable, but that is just rubbish, actions talk louder than words. - Greedy "family owned, and run" corporation, run by people who don't care about work environment, and will do zero vetting in regards to whom they provide services for.

      Pros

      I have worked in care for a long time, been with agincare about a year. I've found it to be the most honest, transparent, caring care company I have worked for, lots of support where needed. Care is an ever-changing service and has its successes and challenges but during it all Agincare actually feel like they care about their clients and employees. Very happy at the moment. Progression opportunities and always encouraged to bring ideas to the table or to challenge myself.

      Cons

      I think just the Covid knock on effect has affected the entire care system. No specific cons
