      Pros

      Rewarding but only because helping others is a rewarding vocation. Staff were supportive but I think there is a dysfunctional work culture. Certain residents were sat bored in their rooms and lacked stimulus.

      Cons

      Using agency staff when regular staff cannot work is "too expensive". Not enough activities staff so residents were sat bored or without stimulus. Not enough cleaning staff.

      Pros

      I have worked in care for a long time, been with agincare about a year. I've found it to be the most honest, transparent, caring care company I have worked for, lots of support where needed. Care is an ever-changing service and has its successes and challenges but during it all Agincare actually feel like they care about their clients and employees. Very happy at the moment. Progression opportunities and always encouraged to bring ideas to the table or to challenge myself.

      Cons

      I think just the Covid knock on effect has affected the entire care system. No specific cons
