As you’ve mentioned, we offer one of the best employee benefits packages in the industry – including generous retail discounts, 33 days’ holiday allowance, access to private healthcare and more. We know our employees work incredibly hard, so we want to make sure they’re properly rewarded for their efforts. I’m glad you’ve been able to take advantage of these – keep up the good work! You've noted that some things have changed over the years, such as opening hours, in order to meet the evolving needs of our customers. However, while we’re open for an hour later, we do try and alleviate this with our benefits package, a generous annual leave allowance and our flexible leave policy. If anyone does struggle with their work-life balance however, I’d encourage them to come to their manager or the People Team – we know how important this is to our employees!
