Management hide things ,concentrate on the wrong issues and don't listen to the good hard working staff.
No real way to progress in company unless your a bottom licker.I have a nvq5 yet spoke to like I'm thick..My colleague told can't do nvq as she on visa yet some day staff who also have visa have been put on by Management???
Dice is SUCH a waste of time and does not work at all. 27 nursing demanding residents only get 2 carers at night, in the day 2-nurses and 4-5 carers. We have more and more demands put on us and scolded if unable to find time but days sit about-(not with residents)leave some residents not in a good way yet always claim they are busy.
Policy states -speak English unless needed for a resident.. Not in our home!!!! Management and 95%of staff speak in there lingo even In front of residents..
No using phones-yet they use WhatsApp to communicate?? Even using names.
The home looks great but on the inside staff stressed, and have no one that will listen.. QI don't see the real home as issues get hidden and more staff put in place so there check means NIL
