Good pay and benefits, but leadership lacks communication - Software Engineer Dyson Employee Review

Great people, great environment, fast paced

Too early to tell but nothing so far

The people working along side you, the time off, but thats about it unfortunately

I was with Dyson for over a third of my total working life, and so much changed for the sake of saving money. Tech's and Site Supervisor's aren't paid nearly enough, raises don't compete with the cost of living increases, charging customers just for inspecting a unit feels like we lost the point of WHY Dyson was great, interoffice politics wind up trickling down hurting the lower staff, in my final weeks at Dyson 3 people put in their resignation and not a single one was asked what could be changed. It breaks my heart to see how far this company has fallen.
