Pros
They mean well and are trying to improve the reputation of the airport and the wider impact it has on the community
Cons
There are a lot of legacy problems with the way in which the organisation runs and the people they have in place. Some are fantastic... others less so. It is the refusal of people to go above and beyond in their roles that is letting this place down. Senior management (Execs) are good, higher management (Heads of) are the weak layer.
