We always encourage our team members to reach out to their line manager for support, so regret to know that you felt this was not provided to you. Furthermore, we have established policies, management structures, and support mechanisms designed to promote performance alongside wellbeing, and we regularly review resourcing, workloads, and systems to ensure they remain appropriate for the demands of the role.
