      Pros

      Good career progression, which made me want to support the business as a key worker through covid. I've also recommended several people, including my daughter. Never again, as it all proved to be one sided - see below.

      Cons

      I was made redundant from a proposition-related role in December. On 11th January 6 proposition vacancies were advertised, which I'm not allowed to apply for (internal rule which they won't bend on). This requirement was known about - but not advertised - before I left. I'm sure they will have covered their backs with this, but it's still morally wrong to treat loyal employees in this way. It's people's livelihoods you're playing with - especially difficult at this time.
