Pros
The training was very good and I didn’t feel rushed at all, Mani was very helpful and so was the rest of the Bermondsey branch, I was able to become more comfortable with my calls and using the computer system. At first I was nervous however with the help I was able to calm down and feel very welcomed to the team.
Cons
The Safestore academy system was not updated with the course I needed to complete.
