Inclusive and very open to various profiles and background. I value TEAM LEWIS giving everyone an equal chance. They try their best to innovate in the area of AI , teams are given a chance to experiment.
Cons
Operational mismanagement and allergic to bad news: We get paid at least -25% less than the industry standard. Understaffed and hard working talent is often undervalued, often overshadowed by smoothtalkers who pretend to work or report only good news. People keep dropping out like flies every few months so you end up with 1-person teams on full client accounts. Bad news often reaches the top too late due to a company culture of yes-men and lack of too-down transparant communication, leadership visibility of what’s happening in the trenches is very bad as a result and we end up losing great clients.
