      Pros

      Truly great people throughout the business, sensible and solution/team focused. Day to day very little politics. Flexible working and truly hybrid (grown up rules). A great team spirit and culture clearly tied to core values

      Cons

      In some teams, lack of progression opportunities. One bad manager can influence a desire to stay. Workload can be heavy. Poor compensation package in comparison to industry (approx 15% lower for a 'good salary'- colleague was on 40% lower than industry for same job)
