Pros

As you're self-employed, you can take time off when can't arrange childcare.

Cons

The rate keeps changing. I started with 93p per parcel plus £16/day for the time it'll take me to get to my first stop. Quickly they scrapped the £16 and said my new rate will be £1 per parcel because of the distance I'm travelling. Later on, they changed it to 94p. Afterwards, they introduced a special type of parcel which pays only 75p to everyone regardless of the distance or their rate. And quickly the percentage of 75p increased to 70% of all of my weekly parcels.

Pros

Lots of cool perks, like free food and back massages, and good training.

Cons

All sales jobs are tough this is no exception, you have to get used to people freaking out on the phone at you. That's actually par for the course of course.
