Pros
When I joined 9 years ago the company was coming in to its peak, training was amazing, the product fabulous. The conferences and allocation was so generous.
Cons
Became more about increasing product price point and less about customer experience. Rewards and incentives are nearly non existent or take forever to receive. Management more interested in covering counters 7 days a week than listening to what works for store . Only career progression available if you live in England .
