Aggresive, hostile, rude, unsupportive line and senior mgmt who do not care about employees. No work/life balance. They happily expect you to work way past 6:30pm and often the marketing department stays till 8 or 9pm and is the first one to come in every morning. Some people very stressed and cry in toilets. No succinct internal processes or structure and as a result the blame- ridden culture making you believe you are useless at your job. The talent gets pushed out. High turnover of staff and people unhappy when you dig deep down and ask them. Often two-faced and cut throat.
