There is opportunity to work from home

Cons

Can never get holidays approved. Never been treated so badly. Have to email your manager the time you go and come back from the toilet. If you are off a call for longer than 30 seconds you have managers messaging you asking what you’re doing. They don’t pay you SSP.

Where to start, -managers don’t care if you’re being screamed at and will sit back and watch you be verbally abused and still have the audacity to tell you you’re in the wrong. - the toilets are never sanitary and hardly ever have toilet paper - upper management will write you up for taking to short of time on calls for ‘call avoiding’ when in reality you’re taking more calls then other people - the turn over rate are awful more and more people are leaving because of the lack of support

They do not care for your mental or physical health, the customers are extremely nasty and rude and you are expected to put up with it, the pay is horrific.

Each site has trained Mental Health First Aiders, available in person or via Teams for those working from home, and we also offer free counselling through Sour health benefits provider.
