Those senior directors and scientists have their positions for a reason, and it’s unfair to compare "your work" with theirs, as you may not know everything they’ve accomplished. (2) Honestly but sadly, my senior management has limited scientific and business knowledge but yet still claim to have made "significant contributions to target discovery" and to recognized as "a key opinion leader in respective domain" according to my senior management's statement. To be frank, you’re using software created by others for target discovery, and while you benefit from it, you still complain about the software developers?
