Pros

Good pay receive more than competitors but there’s a really good reason why.

Cons

I wouldn’t pay any attention to the reviews on this website as a member of management I sat in events where I was actively encouraged by executive and directors to post positive reviews to increase the company’s image as they are awful to work for and staff retention is at an all time low. Managed by power and control with exec having a complete disrespect for employees and thinking they always know best. Damaging place mentally and relentless in deliverables which are completely unachievable. Lot of people scared of seniors in the business not a way to work.

Pros

There wasn't many besides the somewhat competitive pay and a nice building.

Cons

I worked here for over 10 years and would not do it again if my life depended on it. A hierarchy system of incapable Management and staff covering for each other and dealing out every and anything to anyone who doesn't want to join the "gang". The culture here will do a number on your mental health and the facilities they have in place are merely imagery. Save yourself the trouble of joining this company, they are looking for souless robots who would mindlessly trample both their colleagues and customers. Steer clear of this company as you are likely to be demeaned, bullied, dismissed, lied to and given fathom carrots to keep this waste of time going.

Motorway Service Station

Pros

Free tea, coffee and sugar (is that 5 words)

Cons

Midland Heart does not offer any real motivation to customer facing employees to stay. In fact Midland Heart wants you to do the job for minimum pay and then leave before you become too expensive (fat chance). Treat Midland Heart like a Motorway Service Station. i.e.Somewhere you only go to when you have to; a place where you expect to be treated badly; a place where you don't want to be there and most importantly a place you leave as soon as possible to go somewhere much nicer.
