Positive, collaborative, talented team with management who generally supports you. Good opportunities to work on visible projects.
Cons
Salary significantly below market, limited opportunities for advancement. Promotions are largely based on favoritism vs. talent, and it's very difficult to move up, leading to high turnover.

Base pay is fair for area and industry, benefits are decent. Many holidays off. No pressure to work overtime, people are nice. Growth and transfer opportunities are available.
Cons
Top-heavy, tone-deaf leadership. Sweeping job cuts and a doubtful future in Racine means dismal employee morale. Slow, unclear processes hamper tasks and projects. Large business decisions now revolve around the stock instead of customers, employees, or products. Lack of employee events.

Lots of opportunities to learn and had a good team to support day-to-day activities during the first few years. Coworkers are collaborative, willing to help, and generally good people. Benefits and compensation are above average for the industry. Hybrid work schedule is available at the corporate office.
Cons
Current job insecurity. Recent rounds of layoffs across several company locations have significantly reduced available resources, lowered morale, and led to disconnection from the culture. Upper management constantly pushes for everything to be done quickly despite continuously reducing the available resources. Lots of conflicting priorities without an overall sense of direction or necessary support. The corporate office building is severely outdated, and plans for renovations are constantly delayed.

Very challenging business environment, but exciting to see a company working to reinvent itself under a new CEO. Hybrid work model provides great work/life balance. New organization structure will provide employees with a number of opportunities to grow.
Cons
The change is happening at an incredible pace, so some additional communications would help keep the workforce better informed.
