Pros
I cant think of any pros on their incentive plans as I only encountered the first time being unfair and not delivering what they promised
Cons
they promised certain dollar amount on and on during the whole campaign then only to be surprised on the day of the pay that the promised amount was not delivered due to reasons they cant even elaborate and justify
