      Pros

      Good annual leave , pension , nice staff , reasonable remuneration. Well equipped no trouble getting materials or new equipment

      Cons

      Tick box culture, company zones are zones identical to nhs ones which make sense for the nhs but doesn't make sense for nhsps ie midlands zone is ruled largely by West Midlands but West Midlands is largely health centres and east midlands is hospitals??? HTMs only given lip service and company structure ( titles etc) only there for customer familiarity ( most customer are NHS)
