Ambitious people around you who mostly love what they’re doing

Cons

There are too many. There’s an announcement about someone leaving every week, guess is because they notice the toxic yes-man culture . Leadership is too cut throat to care if you are not settling in well. Terrible HR as they are too involved in matters they know nothing about and then non-existent when you need real support
