- supportive team - nice work framework for engineers - interesting projects - great benefits - good focus on growth and learning initiatives (recent AI adoption)

Cons

- a lot of structural changes during last year - enough engineers, but often lack in other stakeholders (managers or more niche specialists in business domain) Worth mentioning that company is working on those actively, but it is what it is.

At that time hit the ceiling of growth and had to move on to grow further. There were no opportunities for faster personal growth at that point

Limited financial growth opportunities due to rigid promotion processes — even when performance warrants advancement, structural constraints can delay or restrict it. However, this doesn’t mean promotions don’t happen; they just tend to follow a more formal and time-bound path.
