Hours are difficult to change

Micromanagement from designer senior with two rounds of approval for any type of digital content with many redos. Lack of career progression (example: employee with same title for 5 years) Major favoritism with the digital design team as lead is friends with one of the designer and they take liberties to be on their phones for long period of times, reminded by colleagues to work, fowl language in meetings and in office, part of conversation not shared with team and yet decisions made for team, no corporate etiquette. Personally, I was more disappointed with the welcome packing of how Primark is “inclusive” but when raising my concerns to managements. I was shut down quickly. Within the team, 3 designers have since left within 3 months .
