      Pros

      They hire well, and if you’re hired then you probably will find great friends as you all passed the same evaluation. There’s lots to learn and a consistent flow of “guests”.

      Cons

      Poor tips. Too corporate. Too large of a menu.

      Good serving job overall, mostly a fun place to work... HUGE variable menu!

      Pros

      Good "work-family" environment , corporate multinational name brings a constant flow of guests and therefore decent $$ year round. always a big staff so no worries about picking up or dropping shifts .

      Cons

      corporate means cheap, sometimes had fall-backs on inventory preparedness.. (eg. no takeout boxes, no clean silverware or cups... etc...0
