Pros

The dogs making a life changing impact on the service users.

Cons

Unfortunately I think the current CEO and chief financial officer will be the downfall of Guide Dogs. Absolutely shocking treatment of staff, when supposedly all about wellbeing!! Disgusting waste of millions of pounds of public generated funds.

Pros

The dogs and the amazing work they do

Cons

The decision making at the higher levels. The new structure is awful and despite there being some acknowledgement of that, nothing is being done to change it, resulting in confusion and low morale all round.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your recognition of the important work our teams do and the impact of our mission. We’re sorry to hear your concerns about decision-making and the recent structural changes. We recognise that change can create uncertainty and affect morale, and we are actively listening to feedback to better understand where improvements are needed. Your point about involving employees more closely is well taken, and we are continuing to look at ways to strengthen how we gather and act on colleague feedback. Thank you again for taking the time to share your views.
