At AXA UK we give all our colleagues 3 volunteering days a year, so they can support a local, personal or AXA charity of their choice. Recently some of our lovely AXA Health customer service colleagues on a lovely day got their hands dirty clearing a car park at the Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve. A bit different from the way they help our members every day but still using their energy and passion to help others.

We’re proud to announce that AXA UK has become the first insurance company to achieve the Age-Aware Accredited Employer status from 55/Redefined, an employer focused organisation supporting businesses on age inclusivity. With nearly a quarter of our people (24.8 %), aged 50 and over, this accreditation demonstrates our ongoing commitment to implementing age-inclusive policies and is testament to our belief that our people should be able to progress whatever their background, heritage, lifestyle or life stage.
