Internal progression congratulation's Charlene on your new role as General Manager Bella Italia Chester! Charlene journey at Bella Italia. I joined the Famiglia at Bella Italia six years ago with fire in my belly. As a Head Chef it's quite daunting to think where the next steps could be and whether the opportunities would ever be given. How wrong I was. The total opposite. I have been surrounded by so many people that have recognised my hunger to progress . I gained a huge amount of skills in my role as Head Chef which allowed me to progress in to an Area Support Chef role and more recently, the newly appointed General Manager of Bella Chester...and I'm not done yet 😉
