Amy's contribution has been fantastic and really moved the dial on performance, ER and managing the tail site programme. When did you start working for Bella Italia? What was your journey? I love that in my role no two days are the same, I get to work with so many different people every day. Making a difference in our teams and guest’s journey. Flexibility and scope of my role is fantastic. I love that I have built some fantastic relationships throughout my time with the Bella Familigia What would you say if someone thinking about applying for a role with us? DO IT! Bella has so much to offer. Fantastic opportunities to build not only your career but to grow and learn as an individual. What’s your favourite Perk and Benefit? Perk is definitely being able to visit all of our wonderful restaurants, being able to show them off to my friends and family with my 50% off. It’s a real treat! Benefit is having an abundance of resources to access wellbeing support across many functions. What’s your favourite dish on the menu? Tough one- But our Carbonara is delish! One of the biggest worries for our future and a key phrase on everybody's lips is "sustainability" or "climate change". With temperatures increasing, sea levels rising, and polar ice caps melting, the entire planet has to make a real change to offset these effects sooner rather than later. One organisation that has made huge strides to combat these effects is Carbon Neutral BritainTM. Their aim is to help offset CO2 emissions by planting trees across the country. Since their inception in 2020, they have already offset over 500,00 tonnes of CO2 and planted over 3 million trees, helping stop climate change in addition to providing habitats for endangered wildlife. We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have partnered with Carbon Neutral Britain to plant a tree for every new hire we make across our business, from our Support Centre, to Café Rouge, Las Iguanas, and Bella Italia!
