At Capita we have embedded a whole skills system. This includes supporting young people in getting a start in the workplace through Kickstart, and helping experienced workers learn new skills, stay relevant and progress in their careers.

This research is a validation of our collections approach and emphasizes that businesses need to treat customers fairly as individuals. They explain how they got ahead in male-dominated industries, and the challenges (and solutions) to enable women to thrive in tech.
