This #InternationalWomansDay we're proud to announce we have joined the 30% Club, to improve the gender balance at all levels within FTSE companies. Our board already has a good gender balance and with the recent appointment of Deanna Oppenheimer as Chair, women now make up 50% of HL’s board. But we have more to do to ensure that talented women with drive and ambition have the same opportunities to progress at HL as men. Our membership of the 30% group is part of our commitment to bring about real transformation by working with other companies to ensure that more women are able to progress in their careers where they want to.
