Senior Carer Adrian recently celebrated 20 years at MHA. Adrian started working at MHA Pennystone Court in 2003 and says the reason behind him staying at the home is that everyone is treated as an individual. He said: “The last 20 years have flown by, and it's been an amazing journey. I really enjoy working at MHA Pennystone Court and it's something that has been a huge part of my life. “Being presented with a long service award and being appreciated for my work is something that I am very proud of. MHA Kenbrook care home has appointed a familiar face to be promoted to Home Manager. Sarah was appointed after the previous Home Manager retired earlier this year. Sarah was previously deputy home manager for five years after joining the home in 2017 and said: “I am very happy to become home manager and feel very proud of the achievement. “I joined the home five years ago and really enjoy working here. It was a smooth operation, having been here for more than five years, I know the home well and it's a great place to work, with a good support network to help."
