Helen joined MHA 15 years ago starting as a Care Assistant, then Activities Coordinator which is her role now 13 years later. We caught up with Helen at her celebrations, she said: “Working for MHA has been a great experience. The 15 years have flown by, it's been a journey and I’m very happy with what I do. Three staff members at MHA Aigburth celebrated their 10-year work anniversary. Surjit, Estella and Natalie wanted to celebrate their achievement together, as they started working here at the same time. The leading care home reviews site, carehome.co.uk, has announced that MHA has once again been named as one of the Top 20 care home providers in the country along with five homes receiving regional awards. The awards are based on reviews of care homes written by their residents, as well as their friends and relatives, with thousands of homes battling it out to make it into the Top 20 for each of the 12 regions.
