The Faith and Belief Network at our Head Office in Derby marked its first ever celebration of Bandi Chhor Divas, a significant Sikh festival that commemorates the release of Guru Hargobind Ji and 52 kings from imprisonment. The event was well attended and warmly received by colleagues from across the floors, reflecting the spirit and approach that we want to see across the organisation. The celebration was more than just a milestone, it was a powerful statement of belonging and recognition.
