Deborah joined the Bristol home in January 2025 after completing her Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and is very keen to progress within MHA.
We spoke with Pam Smithurst, administration manager at MHA Warde Aldam, where she has been working for 24 years, on what they look for in people who want to work at the home, especially those who have no experience of working in a care home. Read what she says below

The final amount raised was £1,308.48, which will go towards the homes amenities fund, from which trips and activities will be arranged for residents.
