We are proud to announce that we will be donating £4m of funding to local and national charities in 2025. We will continue to support national and regional charities and have pledged £1.2m in funding to the NFU Mutual Charitable Trust, as well as donating £2.33m to local front-line charities through our Agency Giving Fund. We have also committed £100,000 to our Community Champions Scheme and donated £370,000 to The Farm Safety Foundation - an independent registered charity founded and funded by NFU Mutual. Recommended Provider for car insurance for 2025, topping the Consumer Champion’s table of providers. Which? said: “NFU Mutual gets the highest customer score, and while claimants see it as comparatively pricey, they also think it’s very good value for money”. Additionally, our Car insurance has been awarded Which? Best Buy status, joining our Home insurance offering in achieving this recognition. We have been a Which? Recommended Provider for car insurance for over a decade, consistently scoring highly in their benchmarks. The Brand of the Year awards took place on 20th May in London and are based on a rigorous set of criteria reviewed by a panel of judges, with performance in Which? testing, brand reliability, analysis of provider data, customer satisfaction surveys and the results of Which? investigations all taken into account.
