82% of candidates with disabilities noted that their biggest barrier to employment was not being able to identify which employers were truly disability friendly. By advertising NFU Mutual roles on the Evenbreak job board, we’re making candidates aware that we're accessible to all. As with all types of diversity, people living with disabilities have different types of thinking due to their different lived experiences. As diverse thinking can be a real advantage for any business, advertising NFU Mutual vacancies through Evenbreak is a great step towards implementing our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
