π Celebrating Pride! π The Ramsay Health Care UK team were thrilled to join the vibrant celebration of love, acceptance, and unity at Pride In Surrey! We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone; employees and patients, should feel seen, valued, and celebrated. Events like this highlight the power of community and the vital importance of standing up for equality. 'Celebrating Pride was more than just a moment of reflectionβit was an empowering reminder of the importance of diversity in our workplace and society. For many, it symbolises an opportunity to stand up for equality, raise awareness about LGBTQ+ rights, and honour the struggles of those who came before. For me, Pride serves as a reminder of the ongoing journey toward acceptance and the importance of respect, inclusion, and equality for all. Most of all, it was a fun event that brought the team together to express their thoughts and feelings in a way that felt authentic to them. Iβm proud to have been part of such a vibrant and meaningful day.' - Lisa Jefferies, Chief People Officer at Ramsay Health Care UK.
