At Roadchef we have a number of inhouse training workshops for all levels. Some of our workshops focus on developing Management Skills to support day to day duties. Annandale , near Lockerbie hosted a Recruitment & Selection workshop this week. Our Managers had the opportunity to learn about the importance of recruiting the right people, how to review applications, take candidates through our selection process and how to select the right candidate to join the team.

The mental health and wellbeing of our team is our top priority - because a happy team is a successful team Across Roadchef, we have a group of trained mental health first-aiders to ensure our teams are happy - both in the workplace and at home - whilst further MIND training is a key part of our e-learning platform. Our meetings begin with the most important question - 'how are you feeling?' - and we encourage our team members to take time out to talk to each other; be that over a coffee or after work."
