Ola Ajayi had a keen interest in working in technology, but worried his non-technical degree would make a transition into the industry almost impossible. However, after spotting an opportunity with Sparta Global that didn’t require prior tech experience, Ola was able to apply his interest in analytics to a career in data engineering. Now working on-site with one of Sparta Global’s most sought after clients, Ola is going from strength to strength.
Tea Matusinovic had a goal of working in technology, and she made it happen. Despite initial push back from industry employers for coming from a non-technical background, through Sparta Global’s opportunities and Tea’s hard work, she is now working as an Agile Analyst for a world-leading asset management firm.
