👩🌾👩✈️ As a passionate flight attendant, she flies around the world and as a dedicated farmer, she manages her own farm with her family. This is the story of our colleague Yvonne Lang. Yvonne has been working as a flight attendant for TUI fly for 25 years, taking people to exciting destinations like Fuerteventura, Rhodes or Cape Verde. But that's not all – her world also includes a flourishing farm close to the Czech border. While she explores the skies on board, goats, chickens, turkeys, calves and cats await her at home. A flexible working arrangement with TUI, her organisational talent and the support in her family enable her to get everything under one roof. And what comes next? "First of all, an exciting family adventure in the German mountains after the harvest season." Next year, Yvonne wants to continue working full time as a flight attendant. The next big project is the barn roof, which the family would like to renew. True passion knows no boundaries – neither in the air nor on the ground.
Walking in the forest 🌲 Recently, Ivo, Data Lead at TUI, decided he wanted to escape the humidity of his home, Palma de Mallorca, to visit stunning Switzerland. Thanks to our WORKWIDE programme, this was super easy for Ivo to do 👍 At TUI, flexibility is something we truly believe in and as part of our WORKWIDE programme, colleagues can work from abroad for up to 30 working days a year. So, as Ivo was able to escape the heat and his office commute, he took advantage of Switzerland's scenery on daily forest walks whilst feeling much cooler. This quickly became Ivo's new working from home ritual 🚶

𝗧𝗨𝗜 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 🎉 We're proud, we're happy: On Friday, we celebrated the opening of our newly designed global headquarters, the #TUICampus in Hanover. 2,800 colleagues will work together under one roof from today onwards. Some highlights: 🆕 Open working environments which will strengthen the personal exchange among us 🆕 Flexible ways of working: TUI Campus offers a variety of workplaces from soundproof meeting rooms to co-working spaces 🆕 Focus on #sustainability: photovoltaics, e-charging stations and numerous energy efficiency measures make the TUI Campus greener and reduce emissions.
