John Lewis & Partners Retail Sales Associate interview questions

hard as we had to give an in person interview and then they asked us lots of questions and then they made us do a practical assesment and then they made us come into the store.

The interview was conducted in four groups, with each table containing four people. We discussed three questions given by partners and shared our opinions on them. It was a different approach compared to any other interview done before I believe that the interview was charming, since the candidates are more likely to be confident in discussing their idea within themselves, than be nervous, to the person conucting the interview.
