Rude upper management and overworked staff

- Meals supplied on duty - Uniform supplied - Above average wage (meaning there are great people working there) - Nice home-level management - Friendly CEO

Cons

- You clearly get paid over the minimum because you're overworked - Senior operations management rude at best, weird and clicky family unit - Nowhere impartial to turn for advice and support - No overtime payment when role requires - Sometimes lack of attention to detail - care compromised - Weeks of irrelevant training - Covid testing days change weekly - meaning people travel in and out (sometimes on public transport, putting themselves at further risk) with no compensation other than being 'allowed' to work
